Passport & VISA:
Please make sure your passport expiry day at least 6 months before entry into Japan and check your visa requirement.
If you need the invitation letter for VISA application, please fill in your complete information on the registration form.
Hotel accommodation:
Intel is responsible for one room per account on 3/7~3/8
Meals:
Breakfast on 3/8 ~ 3/9, Lunch on 3/8 & Dinner on 3/7~3/8 will be provided by Intel Corporation.
Airfare:
Customer is responsible for all airfare expenses.
Transportation (Hotel <-> Airport):
Intel will arrange greeters to purchase bus tickets and the ticket fare will be covered by Intel.
Miscellaneous expenses:
Customer is responsible for all these expenses.
Telephone bill, laundry, golfing, room service, room mini bar, in-room Internet, cable TV & etc.
Cell phone:
The cell phone system in Japan is different from GSM. Customer is responsible for all rental expenses.

Voltage:
100V. Please remember preparing the transformer.
